Commercial Lines Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys working directly with commercial clients, providing strong service, and building long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold an active Florida insurance license, and have a strong interest in continuing to grow within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding coverage questions, policy changes, renewals, and general service needs
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and help identify appropriate coverage solutions
- Assist with renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy documentation, and other account service responsibilities
- Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members to resolve client issues and maintain strong service standards
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts when additional coverage needs arise
- Maintain accurate and timely account documentation

Qualifications
- Current Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license
- Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
- Growth-oriented mindset
- Desire to build a long-term career within the insurance industry

Work Schedule
- Full-time, 40-hour work week
- In-office position; not remote
- Work hours offer some flexibility
- Employees may begin as early as 7: 30 a.m.
- Workday cannot end before 4: 30 p.m.
- Choice of a 30-minute or one-hour lunch
