Our client is a growing Third-Party Administration organization which focuses on the Lloyd’s of London market. As insurance claims professionals, they recognize the need for experienced adjusters and administrators who are capable of handling a wide range of assignments to their conclusions. We have been engaged by our client to search for a Liability Claims Administrator to manage both litigated and non-litigated liability claims, including complex coverage and high exposure matters. The Liability Claims Adjuster will be responsible for ensuring the most appropriate resolution for each claim handled.

Responsibilities and Duties
Handle a case load of around 100 files of unique and challenging claims.
Understand and evaluate coverage, including identification of potential coverage issues

Maintain contact with insured throughout claims process

Supervise independent adjusters and attorneys
Understand and manage expenses and reserves
Prepare comprehensive reports for clients

Ensure good-faith claims handling practices are observed

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in handling complex liability claims.
Experience in liability claims, including litigation
Appropriate Property and Casualty license in home state or state which allows broad reciprocity
Prefer College Degree or Commensurate Experience
Prefer Industry Specific Designations (SCLA, AIC)
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Exposure to E&S and London Markets
