Job summary
Drive our sales organization. Lead and grow a team of insurance specialists to meet the company's sales objectives, while helping our customer to find the life insurance policy that best fits their needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive growth in sales, revenue and earnings
• Lead, mentor and scale a team of insurance specialists to meet the company's sales objectives
• Develop sales techniques and best practices
• Develop and maintain expertise on the product and industry
• Be closely involved in on-boarding inbound life insurance customers into the application & underwriting process
• Collaborate and support case management, customer success and marketing functions to ensure a outstanding and seamless customer experience and to build customers' trust

• Experience in leading a sales team
• 3 + years of work experience in life insurance sales
• A life & health insurance agent or broker license
• Expert understanding of life insurance market—particularly for the individual policies market
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written, and an enthusiasm for speaking with customers
• Problem-solving state of mind with a demonstrated ability to creatively address challenges
• Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively and collaboratively within a matrix organization and with employees at all levels
• A desire to grow professionally and contribute to the success and culture of the company
• Experience and propensity to use data to drive decisions and competitive insights
• Honesty and integrity
