Premium Finance Account Manager
The ideal candidate should have 3 or more years of premium finance OR Commercial or Personal lines insurance agency experience. The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Working to develop new business and maintain the existing client base and communicating with insured-clients, brokers, and insurance companies.
- Perform quoting, underwriting, price negotiation and relationship management efforts for assigned brokers. Ensure underwriting is complete and accurate, and credit and profitability standards are maintained while working to exceed monthly territory
- Responsible for timely delivery of quotes, contracts and other information as requested/required by retail insurance agent clients. Resolve customer service issues (Calls from insureds and insurance brokers and resolve their complaints
- Make outbound calls and emails to develop and maintain existing client relationships, following up on and securing business opportunities. Occasional travel to meet with agents.
Necessary characteristics include: an aptitude for customer service, outstanding work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner, customer-friendly, detailed, able to multi-task, and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
