They are in search of a a professional dedicated account manager with a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities and duties of this opportunity include:
Service and rating existing accounts, quote and sell new accounts; Call-ins, Cross-Sell, Up-Sell.
Market new and renewal accounts, including rate and coverage comparisons and accuracy checking.
Prepare Insurance Binders, Evidence of Insurance, Auto I.D. Cards.
Review Policy contracts and risk analysis with the insured.
Process Endorsements and Billings. Ensure all pertinent data is input into Agency Management
Systems. Experienced with multiple carriers including Mercury, Safeco, Travelers and Progressive to name a few.
