Job Description
Position is located in Richardson, TX
Bachelor’s degree is required
Three (3) or more years of insurance-related work experience is required
Basic knowledge of standard casualty insurance coverages
- General Liability
- Umbrella / Excess Liability
- Workers’ Compensation
- Prior experience with wrap-up insurance programs [Contractor-Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) or Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)] is preferred
- Prior experience successfully managing, supervising or leading a team in a high-volume work environment is preferred
Preferred professional designations:
- Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS)
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
Position Description
The CCIP Operations Manager leads a team of individual contributors and is responsible for the internal CCIP policy and enrollment administration activities. This role also contributes to the overall RMS
Department’s CCIP strategy. A successful candidate demonstrates the ability to direct the daily responsibilities of the CCIP Administration team, improve current procedures and interacts with
Member CCIP administrators, enrolled subcontractors, outside broker/excess carrier partners and RMS Department personnel.

Position Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily administrative activities performed by the CCIP Administration Team and monitor production metrics
- Coordinate internal data requests and information needs to support the operational goals of the CCIP program
- Support Members with the administrative responsibilities of their CCIP programs, including training and troubleshooting
- Manage the policy data and statistical reporting activities and resolve state compliance/regulatory requests
- Periodic Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Establish individual and team goals for the CCIP Administration Team and perform periodic feedback sessions and annual performance reviews
- Perform internal training and identify areas for process improvement
- Coordinate, develop, and document Member CCIP administration strategies
- Solicit periodic feedback from Member CCIP administrators to improve the administration process and contribute to improvements to the CCIP administration websites
- Participate in CCIP administration orientation and education meetings; travel as requested
- Coordinate annual insurance renewal activities for the CCIP program
- Contribute to special projects and any other CCIP program-related activities, as assigned
