Client Services Manager

Position Summary:
The Client Services Manager enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and servicing as administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors. The Client Services Manager is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures and digital capabilities that will allow them to interact with Financial Advisors, as well as, new and existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests
- Resolving client inquiries
- Making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
- Onboard new client accounts
- Provide daily management of clients’ needs for insurance and RIA/brokerage operations
- Obtain and prepare necessary applications and appurtenant paperwork
- Assist clients with required paperwork
- Facilitate asset transfers
- Manage underwriting process
- Collaborate with B/D and custodian(s) to resolve client issues
- Utilize CRM software and web-based applications for data retention
- Provide support for preparation of client meetings
- Execute trades at the direction of the advisors and/or the client
- Prepare and distribute daily cash activity report to advisors

Education/Licensing Requirements:
- College degree preferred or 3+ years of business experience in an operational role
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Series 7: FINRA General Securities Representative licensed
- Series 66: FINRA Uniform Combined Securities Agent and Investment Advisor State Law Exam licensed
- Must be willing to study for and pass additional federal and/or state exams relevant to position
