Insurance Account Manager and Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated, goal-oriented professional to join our Insurance Sales Team in Appleton WI area . In this role, you’ll focus on prospecting and selling new accounts while also managing and servicing an existing book of business. Our team offers a supportive atmosphere, a top-notch service department, and clear opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation

• Gather client information and prepare necessary documentation

• Review coverage details to ensure appropriate insurance solutions are being offered

• Present proposals and coverage options to prospective clients

• Support the application and submission process

• Build and maintain relationships to retain renewal clients throughout the year

• Deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive client experience
