Our client is growing! They are team oriented and an absolute fun place to work. Their culture is second to none. They are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Account Manager to join the team in our Southpointe (Canonsburg, PA) office.

Requirements – This is a full time, in office position. Must have 3+ years of insurance agency experience, strong computer, and strong organizational skills. Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, ability to learn new concepts quickly and expand knowledge through online tutorials.

Responsibilities:

Contingent upon business needs will include but not limited to:

  1. New Business Acord Creation
  2. New Business (Small) Online Quoting across various online platforms of our carriers.
  3. **Handle $250k-300k Revenue renewal book A-Z. (Proposal Creation where needed)
  4. Online Quoting for renewal book
  5. Acords/Certificates/Auto ID Cards/MVRs
  6. Endorsement Requests
  7. Claim Reporting
  8. Saving pertinent email correspondence in EPIC.
