The James Allen Companies Inc. is partnering with a trusted independent insurance agency to identify a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative / Risk Advisor who can hit the ground running. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who is passionate about delivering top-tier service and maintaining strong client relationships.

💼 Position Overview
This role involves servicing a book of commercial business by gathering accurate client information, quoting new policies, maintaining and reviewing existing accounts, processing endorsements, and assisting with billing questions and other policy-related needs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and service requests

• Quote, bind, and process new and renewal commercial policies

• Review policies for accuracy and recommend updates as needed

• Assist with endorsements, payments, and billing concerns

• Collaborate with company underwriters throughout the service process

• Foster long-term client relationships with a focus on individual insurance needs

✅ Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required

• Prior experience in a commercial lines customer service role preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Team-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
