Overview:
A growing insurance agency is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the delivery and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting employees, and enhancing overall satisfaction with benefits offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer a variety of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
• Conduct employee orientations and explain available benefit options
• Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate benefits data
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues
• Analyze benefits usage and trends to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with vendors to manage contracts and improve service delivery

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro preferred)
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting benefits-related information
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in employee relations is a plus
