Job Title – National Training Director
Job Description – Responsible for managing and overseeing Senior Services sales training with the goal to improve sales skills and drive sales and production. The National Training Director is responsible for onboarding new agents and hosting a webinar training school on a bi-weekly basis, Monday-Friday 9am-12pm CST, intended to educate and train new agents on product knowledge, field sales techniques, agent portals, systems, and submitting new business.
Candidate Description – A sales background, more specifically insurance / Medicare. Active Health and Life Insurance License. (Not required – previous experience prospecting candidates directly or through leads) Upbeat approachable personality, Strong Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Adaptability, Enthusiasm for Learning, Passionate.
