Our client, a 27 year old independent agency is currently seeking a Senior Personal Lines Senior Account Manager to join their team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the client service process, usually in conjunction with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration and customer service requests.
  • Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submission to insurance carriers regarding new and/or renewal coverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure all service needs are met. This will entail frequent involvement through phone calls, emails and on-site client visits.
  • Prepare client proposals and insurance summaries based on the client’s needs and the coverages proposed.
  • Prepare all transactions for assigned accounts, i.e. applications, invoices, proposals, maintenance of data in the agency management system.

*This position will evolve into the role of Manager, Personal Lines within 12-18 months.
