Amy has over twenty years of experience successfully recruiting experienced insurance professionals. Her deep expertise and extensive network have allowed her to place highly skilled, often hard to find candidates in underwriting, claims, loss control, sales, premium audit, marketing, human resources, IT, account management, accounting, and beyond. She genuinely enjoys the challenge of searching for “impossible” candidates, is committed to exceeding her clients’ expectations, and takes pride in helping people advance their careers. Amy is also a member of The Pinnacle Society, a distinguished collective of top recruiters known for exceptional expertise, leadership, and a strong focus on serving the diverse needs of clients and candidates at the highest professional level.

Amy and her husband, Marc, have two sons, Noah and Jonah. Noah is graduating high school and stepping into the next chapter of life, while Jonah is now a teenager. As a family, they still love Disney and also enjoy traveling abroad together whenever they can.
