The contained process provides our same high level of service but with a sense of urgency that grants you priority over contingency searches. For this priority we require a nonrefundable commitment of 10% of the fee upfront.
Retained:
Our highest priority level, a retained search places your needs ahead of all contingency and contained searches. This elite level of priority requires a commitment of 33% of the fee upfront.
