Commercial Lines Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys working directly with commercial clients, providing strong service, and building long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold an active Florida insurance license, and have a strong interest in continuing to grow within the insurance industry.




Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding coverage questions, policy changes, renewals, and general service needs
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and help identify appropriate coverage solutions
• Assist with renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy documentation, and other account service responsibilities
• Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members to resolve client issues and maintain strong service standards
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts when additional coverage needs arise
• Maintain accurate and timely account documentation

Qualifications

• Current Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license
• Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Growth-oriented mindset
• Desire to build a long-term career within the insurance industry

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40-hour work week
• In-office position; not remote
• Work hours offer some flexibility
• Employees may begin as early as 7: 30 a.m.
• Workday cannot end before 4: 30 p.m.
• Choice of a 30-minute or one-hour lunch
