Come join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager

We are a growing independent insurance agency serving individuals and families throughout Maine. We are seeking a team oriented professional that loves to provide top notch customer service to join our Brewer office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day service needs for personal lines clients, including auto, home, umbrella, recreational vehicle, and other personal insurance policies.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Conduct coverage reviews and provide recommendations based on clients' evolving needs.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and claims-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
  • Assist with cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Active Maine Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
  • Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage concepts.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
