We are representing a well-established and growing insurance agency with over 30 years of success, currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed insurance professional with a passion for client service and a strong background in personal lines coverage.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction

• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions

• Respond to client requests via phone and email with professionalism and urgency

• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system, including client interactions and policy details

• Provide coverage recommendations and ensure clients are properly protected

• Resolve client concerns and claims-related inquiries in a timely, empathetic manner

• Work collaboratively with producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver top-tier service

✅ Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)

• At least 1 year of client-facing or customer service experience in an insurance setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Proficiency with phone systems, email correspondence, and agency management tools

• Coachable, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
