🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction

Handle policy renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions

Respond to client requests via phone and email with professionalism and urgency

Maintain accurate records in the agency management system, including client interactions and policy details

Provide coverage recommendations and ensure clients are properly protected

Resolve client concerns and claims-related inquiries in a timely, empathetic manner

Work collaboratively with producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver top-tier service
✅ Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)

At least 1 year of client-facing or customer service experience in an insurance setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficiency with phone systems, email correspondence, and agency management tools

Coachable, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
