Personal Lines Account Manager

We are looking for the next generation of insurance professionals to join our team. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys helping clients, understands personal lines coverage, and takes pride in providing excellent service.

We prefer an in-office team member, but we are open to considering hybrid or remote arrangements for the right person.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned personal lines book of business

• Review, audit, and improve client insurance programs

• Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage updates

• Assist with new personal lines policies as needed

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records

• Answer billing questions and take payments

• Issue certificates and communicate with mortgage companies

• Work collaboratively with producers, carriers, and internal team members

• Support teammates and help keep the office running smoothly

• Solve client problems with a calm, confident approach

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Property & Casualty License required

• Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience required

• Personal lines account management experience preferred

• AMS360 experience preferred

• Experience working with major insurance carriers preferred

• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverage, carrier guidelines, and the current insurance marketplace

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Genuine concern for solving client problems

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach
